 The Lake Chelan Community LandTrust
A community-based, member-based, non-profit trust dedicated to developing sustainable, affordable housing for working families in the Lake Chelan Valley.
Founded in 2006, Lake Chelan Community LandTrust (LCCL) is one of many Community Land Trusts across the United States. Community Land Trusts have been in existence for many years and provide a viable option for communities like ours faced with extremely high land values and shrinking availability of affordable housing.
